How fast do you ship?

Generally your order will ship within 2-3 business days!

You should receive your first box within 5-10 days after your order, depending on where you're located with our standard shipping.

expedited orders generally ship within 1-2 business days, and should reach you within 3-5 days after your order.
What if I don't like what I got?

Don't worry, we're here to help! if you don't like the flavor you received, contact us and we'll make it right.

Click here to contact us, make sure to include your order #, and which flavor you didn't like.
Can I request specific flavors?

We have a rotating stock monthly because we try to make each month exciting with new flavors.

But if you have a favorite flavor, let us know and if we have it in stock we will be sure to include it. If we don't have it currently in stock, we can get it for you on your next months box!
I loved my box, can I get it again?

If you liked any / all the flavors in your current box, you can let us know under your profile and we can include the same flavors in your next month.

Just go into your profile, and click on the "custom box request". Every box you receive will have a list of what was included. You can use that cheat sheet to request the same flavors!
